Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date

At SunglassKart, we strive to deliver quality products at highly competitive prices. To maintain affordable pricing for all customers, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

No Return Policy

All products sold on SunglassKart are covered under a No Return Policy.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Color or style expectations

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Better price found elsewhere

  • Non-usage of the product

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Products

A replacement or refund will only be considered if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

  • The product received is materially different from the item ordered.

  • The package is received tampered with and reported immediately.

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any damage or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at care@houseofbrands.in.

The request must include:

  • Order Number

  • Product Images

  • Images of the Outer Packaging

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory)

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


Replacement Process

After verification and approval:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed at SunglassKart's discretion.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verification of customer banking details.


Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches caused after delivery

  • Improper handling or misuse

  • Damage caused by accidents

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
